"You guys are really the best. I spend a lot of time on the internet and I've heard horror story after horror story about dealers and repairs, etc. I can honestly say that I will happily make my next motorcycle purchase from you guys. I plan on using you guys for any repairs or maintenance I need. No reservations, no hesitation; I will happily give you my business. For me you guys did all the right things: 1) No high pressure sales from the first time I came in to look around - "Can I help you?", "I'm just looking", and you let me reach my own conclusions with no pressure. 2) The second time I came in I'd talked to Aaron earlier on the phone - let him know to expect me. But before he even disengaged from another customer, I met Joe, and immediately got the impression that you are a bunch of motorcycle enthusiasts. You're there to run a business, but it "feels" like you are there because you love motorcycles. (Probably both I'm sure, these are just impressions I got from your people.) 3) The deal was pretty easy - Aaron showed me what the list price was on the new models, explained the small add on items. There was no attempt to artificially inflate the money you got from the bike, I got the feeling you were just happy to share these beautiful machines with your customers w/o profiteering. 4) Your parts department has been excellent - you've called me when parts come in and you've been willing to reorder parts that arrived damaged even before I had a chance to return the damaged part. You've shown a level of trust in me that encourages me to trust you. 5) Your service department is great. I had to get some repairs done under insurance and your service manager called me and asked me for some extra time to evaluate the damage to ensure I recieved a thorough evaluation of damages and costs. As a result, my bike is looking brand new - I really owe it to your service department because some things were not obvious. 6) Additionally, when I brought my bike in for first service your service manager spent some time talking with me about the bike. I mentioned a few things I had not finished in my own personal upgrades. Service department stepped in and fixed or completed a couple of items I had tried and not completed on my own. I really appreciate not being treated like "just another customer" - you guys have shown a level of service that makes me very happy to recommend you and your team and more than happy to give you my business. I think I implied this earlier - you come off like the old style family business where service is job one and customer satisfaction is on everyones mind. Thanks again, -Dennis "

"I have purchased two motorcycles from your dealership and had all required service accomplished at your service department. You have the best dealership in the area. This may be because you are a family owned and operated dealership, you treat your customers with respect and listen to what they say. You do not push a sale but you provide the tools and the info needed to make the decision on what the customer wants. Your service department is top notch and do excellent work. They are always ready to answer questions and make recommendations. They don't do service just because and they are good explaining what is needed, why and the consequences if it is overlooked. Your parts department is quick to get what you need. They offer options and try to get the best deal on the item the customer wants. I am glad you guys are here in Washington. "I'm very pleased with the customer survice I received. Aaron went the extra mile to get the bike I wanted from another dealer. The only drawback is the wait for my helmet. Currently the projection is six weeks. The staff were all friendly and more than willing to help. I found the overall experience impressive. That said, why would I take my business elsewhere.
